Aani is the UAE's 24/7 instant interbank payment platform operated by Al Etihad Payments, a CBUAE subsidiary. It enables near-instant AED transfers up to AED 50,000 using mobile number, email, or Emirates ID. Launched October 2023 with over 70 participating financial institutions by 2025.
