Contact

BankToBTC is built around bank funding rails. If something on the site is wrong, unclear, or out of date, we want to hear about it. The fastest way to get a fix is to include the page URL and a source link from the bank, regulator, or exchange support docs.

What you can contact us about

Correction

Report an error on a bank, exchange, or payment method page. Include the URL and a source.

Funding issues

Tell us what failed, which rail you used, and what message your bank or exchange showed.

Partnerships and press

Media, data, and commercial inquiries. Include your site and what you are proposing.

Security

Responsible disclosure of vulnerabilities. Please include steps to reproduce.

Corrections and evidence

To help us verify and update pages quickly, please include:

  • the page URL
  • your country
  • the funding rail used (ACH, wire, card, SEPA, PayID, Faster Payments, Interac)
  • what went wrong (hold, rejection, missing reference, name mismatch)
  • a source link or screenshot from the bank, regulator, or exchange help centre

We prioritise primary sources and regulator registers. If the evidence is strong, we will update the page and refresh verification dates where relevant.

Partnerships and press

We are open to partnerships that improve data quality, coverage, or user safety.

For press requests, include:

  • your publication
  • deadline
  • the pages or markets you are asking about

We do not sell positive coverage or guaranteed rankings.

Security reports

If you believe you found a security issue:

  • do not post details publicly
  • include steps to reproduce
  • include affected URLs and screenshots if relevant
  • avoid accessing data that is not yours

We will confirm receipt and investigate.
